That the annexed Corporation Quitclaim Deed from
DOUGLAS AIRCRAFT COMPANY, INC. acorpore;tion organized under
the laws of the State of Delaware ,conveying to the CITY Of"
SANTA IdOI'HG.A, a municipal corporation, all that. real property
situated in the City of SantalvIonica, County of Los Angeles,
State oi' California, descrihedas follows:
Lots 229, 230, 237, 238, and 239 of 'l'ract
9903, as per map recorded in Book 138 Pages
25 to 28 inclusive of liaps ,in the office
of the County Recorder of said County,
be, and the same is hereby accepted.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of
Public Safety, ex-officio Mayor, be, andl;).e herehyis, .authorized
and instructed to execute the annexed Acceptance of Corporation
Quitclaim Deed, and, that the Commissioner of Finance. ex-officio
City Clerk, ex-officio Clerk of the City Council oftheC1t:y of
Santa Monica, be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed
to attest the same and affix the seal of the City of Santa
Monica thereto.
That the Coinmissioner of Public. Safety, ex-officio
lilayorof the City of Santa Monica., be, and he hereby is, authorized
and instructed to certify to the adoption of this resolution, and
