That the annexed Quitclaim Deed from the Southern

the City of Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State o.f Calif-
ornia, described as follows:

in Book 138, Pages 25 to 28, inclusive, of 111aps,
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
Said easement was r.ecorded October 5,1942 in
Book 19615 at Page 82 of Official Records of
