THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA mIftEBY RESOLVES:

body politic and corporate, conveying to the CifJ OF BARTA MONICA
all that real property situated in the City of 8a.nt~:M~~ica,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, descX'ibedas follows:
That portion ot Ocean Park Boulevard as shown
on map of Tract No. 10529" recorded ln Book 160,
. pages 21 et seq., ot Maps, in the office of the
Recorder of the County of Los Angeles within the
following desoribed boundaries: '
Beginning at a point in the southeasterly line
of said boulevard that is southwesterly tl1ereon
109.78 feet from the angle point in the north-
westerl,. line ot Lot 61, said tract; said point
ot beginning being the beginning of a curve con-
cave to the northwest, tangent to sdd southeas1i~
erly lIne, and hav,lng a radius of 840 feet; theBce
northeasterly along said curve, through a central
angle of 110 11' 00" a distance of 163.96 teet;
thence elong a straignt line, tangent ,to said
