RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED PROM
FAHNIE GO 0 DlvTAlI , A WIDOW.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' SANTA IYlONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the annexed '~ui tclaim Deed from PAFNIE GOODMAN, A
WIDOW, conveying to the City of Santa Monica all that real property
situated in the City of Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, described as follows:
Lots J, K, and L in Block 2, Boehme & Crosier
Sub-division in Block 4 of the Orchard Tract,
as per Book 5, Page 105 of Maps, Records of
Los Angeles County, California.
be, and the same is, hereby accepted.
IT IS FVRTHERRESOLVED: That the Commissioner of Public
Safety, ex-officio Mayor, be, and he hereby is, authorized and
instructed to execute the Annexed Acceptance of Quitclaim Deed,
and that the Commissioner of Finance, ex-officio City Clerk, ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of the City of Santa IYlonica, be,
aud hehoZleby Is. authorized and instructed to attest the same
and affix the seal of the City or Santa Monica thereto.
That the Co~~issioner of Public Safety, ex-officio
Mayor of the City of Santa Monica, be, and he hereby is, author-
ized and instructed to certify to the adoption of this resolu-
tion, and the Commissioner of J:i1inance, ex-officio City Clerk,
ex-officio Clerk of the City Council, be, and he hereby is,
authorized and instructed to attest the same.
