RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED FROM
VIVIENNE E. STEPHENSON, FORMERLY VIVIENNE
E. BULL, FREDERICK W. HATCH AND JOHN WATNEM,
TRUSTEES FOR OWNERS OF AMLING BONDS.
THE CITy COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the annexed '~u1tclaim Deed from VIVIENNE E.
STEP HENS ON., formerly Vivienne E. Bull, FREDERICK W. HATCH
and JOHN WATNEM, Truateea for owners of Amling Bonds, convey-
ing to the City of Sa,nta Monica all that real property ~1tuated
In the City of L05 Angeles, County of Lo& Angeles, State of
California, described as follows:
Lots 7 to 14, both inclusive, and Lot 54 of
Tra,ct 10154, as per map recorded in Book 168,
Page 45, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County,
be, and the same is, hereby accepted.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: That the commissioner of

Public Safety, ex-officio Mayor, be, and he hereby is, au thor-
iaed and instructed to execute the Annexed Acceptance of
'~ui tclaim Deed, and that the Commissioner of Finance, ex-officio
City Clerk, ex-officio Clerk of the City Councll of the City of
Santa Monica, be, and he hereby is, authori~ed and instructed
to attest the same and affix the seal of the City of Santa
Monica thereto.
That the Commissioner of Public Safety, ex-offieio
Mayor of the City of Santa Monica, be, and he hereby is, au thor-
lzed and instructed to certify to the adoption of this resolu-
tion, and the Commissioner of Finance, ex-officio City Clerk,
