RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TAX DEED FROM
H. L. BYRAM, TAX COLLECTOR OF THE COUNTY
OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the Annexed Tax Deed from H. L. Byram, Tax
Collector of the County of Loe Angeles, state of California,
conveying to the City of Santa ~onica all that real property
situated in the City of Santa Moniea, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, described as followa:
Lots 8 and 9 of Block 2, in Artesian Tract,
as per Book 4, Page 90 of Maps Records of
Los Angeles County,
be, and the same is, hereby accepted.
IT IS FURTPER RESOLVED: That the Commlssioner of
Public Safety, ex-offieio Mayor, be, and he hereby is, author-
1zed and instructed to execute the Annexed Acceptance of
Tax Dee'd, and that the Commissioner of Flnaneem ex-officio
City Clerk, ex-officio Clerk of the C 1ty Coun e 11 of the CIty
of Santa Monica, be I and he hereby is, au thorized and instruct-
ed to a tte st the same and affix the seal of the C~.tJr of Santa
Monica thereto.
