RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED FROM
ERNEST ROWLATT AND LILLY ROWLATT, AS JOINT
TENANTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the annexed Quitclaim Deed from ERNEST ROWLATT
and LILLY ROWLATT, AS JOINT TENANTS, conveying to the City of
Santa Monica all that real property situated 1n the C By of
Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of California, des-
cribed as follows:
Lots 8 and 9 1n Block 2 of the Art~s1an
Tract, in the City of Santa Monica,
County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded 1n Book 4 Page 9Q of maps
1n the office of the County Reeorder ~ said

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of
Public Safety, ex-officio Mayor, be, and he hereby is, author-
ized and instructed to execute the Annexed Acceptance of
