RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED FROM
BELLE YATES, A SINGLE WOMAN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the annexed Cluitclalm Deed from BELLE YATES, a
alngle woman, conveying to the City of Santa Monica all that
real property <uated 1n the City of Santa Monica, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows:
Lot Seventeen (17) in Tract No. 5519 as per map
recorded in Book 59, Page 60 of Maps in the
off ice of the County Recorder of said County,
be, and the same Is, hereby accepted.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Commissloner of
Publ1 e Safety, ex~offlcio Mayor, be, and he hereby is, author-
1 z.ed and iastructed to execute the Annexed Acceptance of Qult-
clalm Deed, and that the Commlssioner of Flnance, ex-officlo
City Clerk, ex-offlcio Clerk of the City Council of the City
of Santa Monica, be, and he hereby is, au thoI' i zed and instructed
to attest the same and aff Ix the seal of the City of Santa
Monica thereto.
That the Commissioner of Pu b 11 e Saf e ty , ex-officio
Mayor of the C1ty of Santa Monica, be, and he hereby is, author-
iaed and instructed to certify to the adoption of this resolu-
tion, and the Commissioner of F1nance,ex-officio City Clerk,
ex-off1cio Clerk of the City Council, be, and he hereby ls,
authorized and instructed to attest the same.
