RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED FROM
ESTEL V. HERREN AND HENRIETTA L. HERREN,
HUSBAND AND WIFE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That tha annexed Quitclaim Deed from ESTEL i. HERREN
an4 HENRIETTA L. HERREN, HUSBaND aND WIFE, conveying to the City
of Santa Monica all that real prl)perty situated in the City of
Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of California, des-
cribed as follows: --
Lots 77 - 80 and 81 In the Towner Terrace
as per Map recorded in Book 8, Page 25 of
Maps, Records Of sald County,
be, and the same is, hereby accepted.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Commlssioner of
PubliC Safety, ex-officlo Mayor, be, and he hereby ia, author-
ited an.d instructed to exeeute the Annexed acceptance of
Quitclal, Deed, and that the Commissioner of Finance, ex-offiCio
City Clerk, ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of the City of
Santa Monlca, be, and he hereby Is, authorlzed and instructed
