RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TAX DEED FROM THE TAX
COLLECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES,
CALIFCENIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the annexed Tax Deed from H. L. Byr!'tm, Tax
Collector of the County of Los Angeles, State of California,
conveying to the City of Santa Monica all that real property
situated in the City of Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, described as follows:
Lots 6 end 10 of Block 2, in Artesian Traet,
as.. per Book I~, Page 90 of Maps Records of Los
il.ngeles County,
be, and the same 15, hereby accepted.
IT IS FURTHER RgSOLVED: That the Commlssl oner of
Publie Safety, ex-offlcinMayor, be, and he hereby is, autho-
rized and instructed to execute the Annexen Acceptance of
Tax Deed, and that the Commlssioner of Finance, ex- offi e 10
City Clerk, ex-officio Clerk of the City Councll of the
City: of Santa Monil2, be, and he hereby is, authorIzed and
instructed to attest the same and affIx the seal of the City
of Sante. Mon~ cs thereto.
That the CommIssioner of Public Safety, ex-offieio
Mayor of the City of Santa Moniea, be, and he hereby is, aUtho-

and conveyed to the State of California for the non-payment of taxes which had been legally levied and
which were a lien upon said property under and in accordance with law; and

Division I, Part 6, Chapter 8 of the Revenue and Taxation Code. of the State of California, and second
party has purchased said property in accordance with the provisions of said Chapter; now, therefore,
