RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TAX DEED FROM THE TAX
COLLECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES,
CALIFORNIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the annexed Tax Deed from the Tax Collector of
the County Of Los Angeles, Callfornia, granting to the City of
Santa Monica all that certain real property in the City of
Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
described as follows:
Lots 76, 77, 76, 80 and 81, in Towner Terrace
as per Book 8, Page 25 of Maps Records of Los
Angeles County,
Lot 91, in Tract No. 7077 , as per Book 78, Page
87 of Maps Records of Los Angeles County,
be, and the same is, hereb! accepted.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of
Publlc Safety, ex-officio Mayor of the City of Santa Moniea,
be, and he hereby Is, authorized and instructed to execute
the annexed Acceptance of Tax. Deed, and that the Commissioner
of Finance, ex-officio City Clerk, ex-offieio Clerk of the
City Council, be, and he hereby 15, authorized and instructed
to attest the same and afflx the seal of the City of Santa
Monica thereto.
That the Commissioner of P'.lbUc Safety, ex-officio
Mayor of the City of Santa Monica, be, and he hereby i8~ autho-
r 12ed and instructed to certify tothe adoption of this resolu-
tion, and the Commissioner of Finance, ex-offieio City Clerk,
