RESOLUTION .CCEPTING TAX DEED FROM THE TAX
COLLECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES,
CALIFCR NIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the annexed Tall Deed from the Tax Collector of
the County of Los Angeles, California, grantIng tothe CIty of
Santa Monica all that certain real property In the City of
Santa Uonica, County of Los Angele$, state of CalifornIa,
descrIbed as follows:

the annexed Acceptance of Tax. Deed, and that the Comlllissloner
of FInance, ex-officlo City Clerk, ex-off1clo Clerk of the
CUy Councll, be, and he hereby Is, authorlzed and instructed
to attest the same and affIx the seal of the City of Santa
MonIca thereto.
