RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TAX DEED FROM THE TAX
COLLECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES,
CALIFORN IA.
TRECITY COUNCIL OF THE CrTY OF SANTA MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the annexed Tax Deed from the Tax Collector of
the County of Los Angeles, California, granting tothe City of
Santa YonIca all that certain real property In the City of
Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of CalIfornIa,
descrIbed as follows:
IN SANT~ MONICA CITY. Lot 9; Lot 12; Lot 13;
Lot 14; Lot 15; Lot 19; Lot 27; Lot 29; Lot 32;
Lot J7, all in Tract No. 7009, as per Book 74 Page
47 of Maps Records of Los Angeles County,
be, and the same is, hereby accepted.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of
Public Safety,ex-officlo Mayor of the CIty of Santa Monlm,
be, and he hereby Is, authorIzed and Instructed to execute
the annexed Acceptance of Tex Deed, and that the Commissioner
of Finance, ex-officio City Clerk, ex-officio Clerk of the
City CouncIl, be, and he hereby is, authorized and Instructed
to attest the same and affix the seal of the City of Santa
Monica thereto.
That the Commissioner of Public Safety, ex-officio
Mayor of the City of Santa MonIca, be, and he hereby is, author-
Ized and instructed to certify to the adoption of this resolu-
tlon. and the commIssioner of Finance, ex-officio City Clerk,
ex-officIo Clerk of the City CouncIl, be, and he hereby is,
authorized and instructed to attest the same.
