Santa Monica all that certain real property in the City of Santa
Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of California, described
as follows:
Lot 2, Block 13, in Lrkenbrecher Syndicate, Santa
Monica Tract, as per Book 6, Pages 26-27 of Maps,
Records of Los lmgeles County,
be, and the same is, hereby accepted.

be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed to execute the
