IT IS FURTPiliR RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of
Public Safety, ex-officio Mayor, be, and he hereby is, autho-
rized and instructed to execute the annexed Acceptance of
Quitclaim Deed, and that the Commissioner of Finance, ex-officio
City Clerk, ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of the City of
Santa Monica, be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed
to attest the same and affix the seal of the City of Santa Monica
thereto.
That the Go~nissioner of Public Safety, ex-officio
Mayor of the City of Santa I\Ionica, be, and he hereby is, autho-
rized and instructed to certify to the adoption of this resolu-
tion, and the Commissloner of F'inance, ex-officio City Clerk,
ex-officio Clerk of the City Council, be, and he hereby is,
authorized and instructed to attest the same.
