June 16, 1941, conveying to the City of Santa Monica all that
real property situated in the City of Los Angeles, County of
Los Angeles, state of California, described HS follows:

Public Safety, ex-officio Mayor, be, and he hereby is, autho-
rized and instructed to execute the annexed Acceptance of
QUitclaim Deed, and that the Commissioner of Finance, ex-officio
Ci ty Clerk, ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of the City of
Santa Monica, be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed
to atte&t the same and affix the seal of the City of Santa Monica
thereto.
That the Commissioner of Public Safety, ex-officio
Mayor of the City of Santa Monica, be, and he hereby is, autho-
rized and instructed to certify to the adoption of this resolu-
tion, and .the Commissioner of Finance, ex-officio City Clerk, ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council, be, and he hereby is, autho-
rized and instructed to attest the same.
ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 1942, by the
