RESOLUTION NO. 3153
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TAX DEED FROM THE TAX COL-
LECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN'l'A MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the annexed Tax Deed from the Tax Collector of
the County of' Los Angeles, CaliforniH, granting to the City of
Sante, Monica all that certa:i.n real property in the City of Santa
Monica, County of Los Angeles, state of California, described as
follows:
(Ex of st) Lot 101, in Tract No. 1980, HS per
Book 21, Page 152 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles
County,
be, and the same is, hereby accepted.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of
Public Safety, ex-officio ;'ia;y'or of the City of Santa Monica,
be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed to execute the
annexed Acceptance of Tax Deed, and that the Comraissioner of
F'lnance, ex-officio City Clerk, ex-officio Clerk of the City
Council, be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed to
attest the same and affix the seal of the City of Santa Monica
thereto.
That the Commissioner of Public safety, ex-officio
Mayor of the City of Santa Monica, be, and he hereby is, autho-
rized and instructed to certify to the adoption of this resolu-
tion, and the Co~nissioner of Finance, ex-officio City Clerk,
ex-officio Clerk of the City Council, be, and he hereby is,
authorized and instructed to attest the same.

missioner of Public Safety, ex-officio Mayor of the City of
Santa Monica, a municipal corporation, whose name is subscribed
to the foregoing Acceptance of Tax Deed, and he acknowledged to
me that he executed the same on behalf of said City of Santa
Monica, pursuant to a resolution duly adopted by the City Council
of said City, and on said 16th day of September, 1942, per-
sonally appeared before me, D. C. FREEMAN, known to me to be the
