RESOLUTION NO. 3058
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TAX DEED FROM THE TAX
COLLECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, CALI-
FORNIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the annexed Tax Deed from the Tax Collector of the
County of Los Angeles, california, granting to the City of Santa
Monica all that certain real property in the City of Santa Monica,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows:

Lot R, Block 183, in santa Monica, ~s per Book 39,
Pages 45 to 51 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County,
be, and the same is, hereby accepted.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Comm1ssioner,'of Finance,
ex-officio Acting Mayor of the City of Santa Monica, be, and he
hereby is, authorized and instructed to execute the annexed Ac-
ceptance of Tax Deed, and that the Commissioner of Public Works be,
and he hereby is, authorized and instructed, to attest the same and
affix the seal of the City of Santa Monica thereto.
That the Commissioner of Finance, ex-officio Acting Mayor
of the City of Santa Monica, be, and he hereby is, authorized and
instructed to certify to the adoption of this resolution, and the
Commissioner of Public Works be, and he hereby is, authorized and
instructed to attest the same.
ADOPTED: This 1st day of April , 1942, by the follow-
