RESOLUTION ACCEPl'ING TAX DEED FROM THE TAX OOL-
LECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA.
THE CITY COUNOIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the annexed Tax Deed from the Tax Collector of the
County of Los Angeles, California, granting to the City of Santa
Moniea all that certain real property in the City of Santa Monica,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 239, 1n Tract No. 9833, as per Book 137, Pages
91-98 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles county,
be, and the same is, hereby accepted.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of Finance,
ex-officio Acting Mayor, be, and he hereby is, aut~rized and in-
structed to execute the annexed Acceptance of Tax- ,ed, and that
the Commissioner of Public Works be, and he herebyls, authorized
and instructed to attest the same and affix the seal of the City
of Santa Monica thereto.
That the Commissioner of Finance, ex-officio Acting
Mayor of the City of Santa Monica, be, and he hereby is, autho-
rized and 1nstr.ucted to certify to the adoption of this resolution, I
and the Commissioner of Public Works be,- and he hereby Is, autho-
rized and instructed to attest the same. I
