RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TAX DEED FROM THE TAX COL-
LECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, CALIFORN IA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the annexed Tax Deed from the Tax Collector of the
County of Los Angeles, California, granting to the City of Santa
Monica all that certain real property in the City of Santa Monica,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 3, Block 20, in Erkenbrecher Syndicate, Santa
Monica Tract, as per Book 6, Pages 26-27 of Maps,
Records of Los Angeles County,
be, and the same is, hereby accepted.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of Finance,
ex-officio Acting Mayor, be, and he hereby is, authorized and in-
structed to execute the annexed Acceptance of Tax Deed, and that
the Commissioner of Public Works be, and he hereby is, authorized
and instructed to attest the same and affix the seal of the City
of Santa Monica thereto.
That the Commissioner of Finance, ex-officio Acting
Mayor of the City o~ Santa Monica, be, and he hereby Is, autho-
rized and instructed to certify to the adoption of this resolution,
and the Commissioner of Public Works be, and he hereby is, autho-
rized and instructed to attest the same.
ADOPTED: This 11th day of March, 1942, by the follow-
ing vote:

Finance, ex-officio Acting Mayor of the City of Santa Monica, a
municipal corporation, whose name is subscribed to the foregoing
Acceptance of Tax Deed, and he acknowledged to me that he executed
the same on behalf of said City of Santa Monica, pursuant to a re-
solution duly adopted by the City Council of said City, and on said
12th day of March, 1942, personally appeared before me, W. W.
MILLIKIN, known to me to be the Commissioner of Public Works of the
City of Santa Monica, and he acknowledged to me that he attested
said Acceptance of Tax Deed and affixed the seal of the City of

Division I, Part 6, Chapter 8 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, of the State of California, and second
party has purchased said property in accordance with the provisions of said Chapter; now, therefore.
Said first party does hereby grant to said second party all that certain real property in the
County of Los Angeles. State of California, described as follows:
