of the County Recorder lying Northwesterly of the following described line: Beginning at
a point in the Northesterly line of said Lot 29 distant thereon North 44 degrees 10
minutes 05 Seconds West 47.96 feet from the most easterly corner of said Lot 29; thence

This is to certify that the interest in real property
conveyed or transferred to the City of Santa Monica, a municipal
corporation, by the deed, grant, conveyance or instrument dated
February 5, 1992, from or executed by Joel Robert Hager, a
married man as his separate property, is hereby accepted by the
City of Santa Monica, a municipal corporation, by authorization
of the City Council of the City of Santa Monica contained in
Minutes of the city Council dated August 22, 1989, and the City
of Santa Monica hereby consents to the acquisition of said

1. Original Individual Grant Deed executed by Joel Robert
Hager on February 5, 1992 and recorded on February 20, 1992 in
the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office as Document Number
92-278155 transferring certain property located at 505 Olympic
Boulevard in the City of Santa Monica to the City.
2. Original certification of Non-Foreign Status by
Indi vidual Transferor executed by Joel Robert Hager on January
17, 1992.
I have retained photocopies of these documents for our
files and have sent photocopies of these documents along with
this memorandum to Ruta Skiruis, Ph.D. in the Community
Development Division, who handled the acquisition on behalf of
