This is to certify that the interest in real property
conveyed or transferred to the city of Santa Monica, a municipal
corporation, by the deed, grant conveyance or instrument dated
June 11, 1991, from or executed by L. Paul cook, Lloyd James Cook
and Jean Cook, is hereby accepted by the City of Santa Monica, a
municipal corporation, by authorization of the City Council of
the City of Santa Monica contained in Minutes of the City Council
dated August 22, 1989, and the City of Santa Monica hereby
consents to the acquisition of said property.
