If any portion of any product includes ground beef, the entire price charged to the customer for the product will be used for determining that product's gross receipts. The McDonald's loan documents are held by their offices and I have requested a copy from them. The state loan was originally made to Community corporation of Santa Monica. The status of that loan is unclear at this point. If it is reassigned to the City I will forward you the originals once they are executed. I have attached the original Grant Deed for your files.
