FOURTH STREET EASEMENT
That portion of Parcell of Parcel Map 18134, in the City of
Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per
map filed in Book 202, Pages 21 to 23, inclusive, of Parcel Maps,
in the Office of the County Recorder of said county, described as
follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Parcel 1, said
corner being on the northeast right-of-way of Fourth street,
75.00 feet wide; thence North 45026'06" West 172.00 feet along
said right-of-way; thence North 45009'50" East 6.00 feet along a
line parallel with and distant 172.00 feet northwesterly,
measured at right angles, from the southeasterly line of said
