J. H. SNYDER COMPANY II, a California limited
partnership, does hereby dedicate and grant to the CITY OF SANTA
MONICA, a municipal corporation, an easement for public sidewalk
purposes over that certain strip of land located in the City of
Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
adjacent to 26th Street and Olympic Boulevard as more
particularly described in "A" attached hereto.

A portion of Rancho San Vicente y Santa Monica, as per map
recorded in Book 3 pages 30 and 31 of Patents, and a portion of
Lot 5 in Tract No. 9774, as per map recorded in Book 140 pages 64
through 66 inclusive of maps, both in the City of Santa Monica,
County of Los Angeles, State of California in the office of the
Recorder of said county, described in whole as follows:
Part A:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Cloverfield
Boulevard and Colorado Avenue; thence northeasterly 429.24 feet
along the centerline of Colorado Avenue; thence distant
southeasterly 766.11 feet, measured at right angles, to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being on a curve having a radius
of 11,778.44 feet, concentric with and distant radially 55 feet
