A portion of Rancho San vicente y Santa Monica, as per map
recorded in Book 3 pages 30 and 31 of Patents, and a portion of
Lot 5 in Tract No. 9774, as per map recorded in Book 140 pages 64
through 66 inclusive of maps, both in the City of Santa Monica,
County of Los Angeles, State of California in the office of the
Recorder of said county, described in whole as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Colorado Avenue, 80
feet wide as shown on map of Tract No. 9774, said point being
distant thereon South 45 degrees 14 minutes 35 seconds West,
241.24 feet from the northernmost corner of said Lot 5;
Thence northeasterly along said southerly line of Colorado
Avenue, 263.51 feet; thence South 89 degrees 45 minutes 14
seconds East 14.14 feet; thence South 44 degrees 45 minutes 03
seconds East, a distance of 190.10 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave southwesterly and having a radius of 818.00
feet; thence southeasterly along said curve through a central
