A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR
CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
LOCATED IN Y~~INE PARK
WHEREAS, the Southern California Edison Company
requires a Grant of Easement for construction and maintenance of
electrical equipment to provide continued service to the City of
Santa Monica; and
WHEREAS, in c=der to provide the required service
the use of public prope=ty is required; and
WHEREAS, Southern California Edison Company desires
that the City grant an easement for the use of the public
property; and
WHEREAS , the City Council finds that an easement is of
direct benefit to the City of Santa Monica,
NOW, THEREFORZ,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS :OLLOWS:
SECTION 1- ~he Grant of Easement to Southern
California Edison Company is approved and the City Manager is
