of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said county, describ~d as follows:
Commencing at the Westerly corner of said Lot, thence Northeasterly along the
Northwesterly line of said Lot a distance of 30 feet, more or less, to the True
Point of Beginning, said point being 10 feet from the Southwesterly line of
Cloverfield Boulevard, 60 feet wide; thence Northeasterly along said Northwesterly
line a distance of 10 feet to said Southwesterly line; thence Southeasterly along said
Southwesterly line a distance of 10 feet; thence Westerly in a direct line a distance
