the bid of Mr. Timothy Sheppard for purchase of City-owned property locat-
ed at southeast corner of Fifth Street and Ocean Park Boulevard in the
amount of $20,200 (Bid No. 1332). Lengthy discussion ensued regarding the
buildability of the subject parcel and code provisions regulating bid
procedures for the sale of City property. Counci Imember Tri ves moved ,
to accept the bid, of Mr.. Timothy.Sheppard and awarQ,Contract No. Z443 (CCS.) ,
for purchase of ' City-owned property located at the southeast corner of
