LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lot 5, Block 27, Erkenbrecher Syndicate Santa Monica Tract, in the City
of Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 6, pages 26 and 27 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Easterly corner of said Lot; thence Southwesterly along the Southeast-
erly line of said Lot, a distance of 13.00 feet; thence Northerly in a direct line 7.07
feet, more or less, to a point on a line parallel with and distant 8.00 feet Southwest-
erly, measured at right angles, from the Northeasterly line of said Lot, said point
being distant 5.00 feet Northwesterly along said parallel line from said Southeasterly
line; thence Northwesterly along said parallel line 199.53 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 60.86 feet; thence Northerly
along said curve, through a central angle of 200 53' 1911, an arc distance of 22.19 feet
to a line that bears South 660 48' 14" West from a point in said Northeasterly line of
Lot 5, distant thereon, South 440 09' 59" East 22.51 feet from the most Easterly corner
of the land described in deed to James Lewis Jones, recorded November 6, 1951, as
Instrument No. 2746, in Book 37582, page 232, Official Records of said County; thence
North 660 48' 14" East along said last-mentioned line, 4.28 feet, more or less, to a
point in said Northeasterly line; thence Southeasterly along said Northeasterly line
to the point of beginning.
