SUBJECT: QUITCLAIM DEED, BROWNING BROPERTY
Attached is a Quitclaim Deed dated May 31, 1973 and signed
by Virginia Thorn Browning Kenney on July 18, 1975
for property south of the Synanon building which has been
used by the City of Santa Monica for "park purposes"
for many years. In the process of court settlement of
the suit filed by Mrs. Brownin~ the City has arranged
for compensation for Mrs; Browning and her heirs for
their interest in this property. Hence, the quitclaim
deed.
This deed is being sent to your office for filing and
safe keeping.
