RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM
FLORENCE 1. MESSENGER.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT! OF SANTA MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the annexed Qu1t Claim Deed from Florence I.
Messenger, granting to the City of Santa Monica all that real
property situated in the City of Santa Monica, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, described as follows, to-wit:
Lot ~4, Block A, Santa Monica Tract, as per map
recorded in Book 53, Page 29, Miscellaneous Re-
cords of Los Angeles County, California,
be, and the same is, hereby accepted.
IT. IS FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of Public
Safety, ex-off,icio Mayor, be, and he hereby is, authorized a,nd
instructed to execute the annexed Acceptance of Quit Claim Deed,
all-dthat the Commissioner of Finance be, and he hereby is, autho-
rized and instructed to attest the same and affix the seal of
'the City of Santa Monica thereto.
That the Commissioner of Public Safety, ex-officio
Mayor of the, City of Santa Monica, be, andhe hereby is, autho-
l'ized and instructed to certify to the adoption of this resolu-
tlon,and the Oommissioner Of :Finance, ex..officlo City Clerk, ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council, be, and he hereby is, authorized
and instructed to attest the same.
