A CALIFORNIA NON-PROFIT CORPORATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of.' SANTA MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the annexed Grant or Right of Way from St. John's
Hospital Assoc1ation, Inc., a Ca11fornia non-profit corporation,
granting to the City of Santa Monioa ror general street purposes
that certain real property In the City of Santa Monioa, County of
Los Angeles, state of California, described a. follows, to-wit:
The Northwesterly forty (40) reet of Lot 13 in
BlOCk 3 of the Orchard Tract, as per map recorded
in Book 60, Page 15, Misoellaneous Reoords of the
County of L08 Angeles, State of Calttornia,
