Trustee under the terms thereof, and this Reconveyance shall not affect the personal liability of any
person for the unpaid portion of the indebtedness mentioned as secured thereby.

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM
ASSOCIATED TELEP:S:ONE COMPANY, LTD., A CORPO-
RATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the annexed Quit Claim Deed from Associated Telephone
Company, Ltd., a corporation, dated February 12, 1941, of that
certain real property in the City of Santa Monica, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, described as:
That portion of Lot 271, Tract No. 1980, in the City
of Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 21, Page 152
of Maps "Records of Los Angeles County, described as
follows:
Beginning at the most Easterly corner. of said Lot 271;
thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of
said Lot 271, a distance of 48.64 feet to the point of I
tangency of a curve concave to the Northwest, the
radius of which is 760.00 feet; thence Northeasterly ,
