RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TAX DEED FROM H. L. SYRAM,
AS TAX COLLECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
THE C ITX' COUNC IL OJ? THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the annexed Tax Deed from H. L. Byram, as tax col-
lector of the County of Los Angeles, State of California, be, and
th~ same hereby Is, accepted.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of Public
Safety, ex-officio Mayor, be, and he hereby is, authorized and
inatruct$d to exeeute the annexed Acceptance of Grant Deed, and the
Commissioner of Finance, be, and he hereby is, authorized and in-
structed to attest the same and affix. the seal of the City of Santa
Monica thereto.
That the CommissiOner of Public Safety, €IX-officio Mayor
of the city of Santa Monica, be, and he hereby is, authorized and
instructed to certify to the adoption of this Resolution, and the
Commissioner of Finance, ex-officio City Clerk, ex-officio Clerk of
the City Council, be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed
to attest the same.
