That the City of Santa Manlca execute the annexed Grant
Deed, which Grant Deed is hereby approved.
That the Conu:nissloner of Public Works of the City of Santa
11'on1co. be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to execute said
Grant Deed on behalf of the Git:! of Santa Monica, and the Commis sloner
of Public .Safety of the City of Santa Monica be, anci he hereby is,
authorized anJ. instructed to attest the same and affix the seal of
the City of Santa Monica thereto.

be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed to certify to the
adoption of this Resolution, and the Commissioner of Finance, ex-
