A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
A GRANT OF LOT 5 OF TRACT NO. 10724
FOR STREET PURPOSES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain Grant Deed
trom tbe AUD-HE CORP. to tbe City ot Santa Monica wbereby
there is conveyed to the City of Santa Monica for street
purposes the bereinafter described real property, hereby
is accepted on condition that such acceptance be effective
wben 8aid property has been improved as a street so as to
comply With the normal standards for street improvement
Within said City. SUch compliance shall be evidenced by
a written etatement of the City Engineer of said City that
he has inspected the improvement and it does comply. The
property conveyed is described as follows:
, The right, privilege, and easement to
use for publio street purposes tbe
following described parcel of land:
Lot 5 of Tract No. 10724 as per map
recorded in Book 174, Pages 5 to 11
inclusive of Maps, in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The C.ity Manager ahall' cause
the Grant Peed conveying said property to said City and
this resolution to be recorded.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify
to tbe adoption of this resolution and tbenceforth and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
