SANTA MONICA, a municipal corporation, all of its right, title and
interest in and to the following described real property:
That portion of Lot 15 of the Standard
Tract in the City of Santa Monica, County of Los
JUlgeles, State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 5, Page 83 of Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, bounded on the
northeast by the southeasterly prolongation of the
northeasterly line of Lot 12 of said Standard Tract
and botu~ded on the southeast by the southeasterly
line of a right of way 20 feet wide for a spur track
affecting a portion of said Lot 15 as provided in deed
from B. A. Nebeker, unmarried, to F. E. Bundy and R.
;_ M. Miller, recorded in Book 1991, Page 308 of Deeds,
and as shown on the map of said Standard Tract with
