attaohed hereto, Whereby sald Marcellus L. Joelyn grants to
the City ~f Santa Monioa all right, title and interest in
and to Lot 'Qu, Blook 95, of the Town of Santa Monioa, as
per map in Book '9, Pa~e 45 of Maps, and in Book " Pages
80 and Rl, of Mape, of Misoellaneous Reoords in the off10e
of the County Reoorder of sald County, be and the same hereby
