7 That the Commissioner of Public Safety, as ex-officio Mayor,
and the Commissioner of Public Works, be and they hereby are
8 authorized and instructed to execute tIle annexed Acceptance of
Deed, and the Commissioner of Finance, as ex-officio City Clerk
9 of the City of Santa Monica, be and he hereby is authorized and
