storm drain to refrain from damaging any improvements on
22 said property and that if it becomes necessary to damage any
building or struoture on said premises in the maintenac.,oe
23 or repairing of said main, said building or structure will
be by Said city repaired and restored as near as may be
24 reasonably possible to the condition in which it Was before
said damage accrued; this provision however to apply only to
25 repairs and restoration as to damages suffered by such
ma1#tenance or repairing of said main.
