THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to forthwith purchase the fee simple title to the real property hereinafter described for the price of $750.00.
