A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
CERTAIN PARCELS OF PROPERTY AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY
TO EFFECTUATE SAID PURCHASES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
forthwith purchase the fee simple title to the real property
hereinafter described for the price of $750.00. Said property
is described as follows:
That portion of Lot I, Block 28, Erkenbrecher
Syndicate Santa Monica Tract, in the City of Santa
Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 6, Pages 26 and 27 of
Maps in the office of the Recorder of said County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said lot;
thence North 440 45' West along the southwesterly
line of said lot a distance of 68.94 feet; thence
South 480 33' 50" East a distance of 60.00 feet;
thence South 690 27' l~' East a distance of 9.98
feet more or less, to the southeasterly line of
said lot; thence South 450 14' 26" West along
said southeasterly line, a distance of 8.16 feet

SECTION 3. The City, Manager is hereby authorized to

corder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot,

line of said Lot a distance of 75 feet; thence North
45' 15' East a distance of 12 feet; thence South 440
45' East parallel to said southwesterly line, a
distance of 65.31 feet; thence South 670 32' 57"
East a distance of 10.85 feet more or less, to a
