That portion of Lot 4, Block 25, Erkenbrecher Syndicate
Santa Monica Tract in the City of Santa Monica, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 6, Pages 26 and 27 of Maps in the office of the
Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the northwesterly line of said Lot,
distant 5 feet southwesterly measured along said line from
the most northerly corner of said Lot; thence northeasterly
along said northwesterly line a distance of 5 feet to said
northerly corner; thence southeasterly along the no~th.
easterly line of said Lot a distance of 5 feet; thence
westerly in a direct line to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING oil and gas lines below a depth of 500 feet
