lease dated March 28, 1955, a memorandum of which lease
was recorded in Book 47767, Page 442 of Official Records
of the county of Los Angeles, with DAIN L. TASKER and
CORA N. TASKER, his wife, as Lessors, covering that cer-
tain real property situate in the City of Santa Monica,
county of Los Angeles, state of california, more parti-
cularly described as follows:
Lot 166 and Lot 167, Block 6, Tract 6330,
as per map filed in Map Book 69, pages 33-
37, Records of Los Angeles County,
california, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at a point formed by the inter-
section of the southeasterly line of Pico
Boulevard with the southwesterly line of
Cloverfield Boulevard; thence Southeasterly
along the Southwesterly line of Cloverfield
Boulevard a distance of 100 feet to a point;
