to forthwith purchase the fee simple title to the real pro~rty
hereinafter described for l~he price of $2635.00. Said property

112 feet of the northwesterly 168 feet of Lot 1#
Block 27, Erkenbrecher Syndicate Santa Monica
Tract, in the City of Santa Monica# County of
Los Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 6, Pages 26 and 27, in the
office 0f the Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Manager 1s instructed to do all
thinge necessary to effeJtuate the transfer of the above described
property, and upon the acquisltion of the deed to said property,
to record the same.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resollltion, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
