AMBROSE OLYMPIAN PROPERTIES, for and in consideration
of the SUm of One Dollar ($1.00) , lawful money of the United States
to it in hand paid by the CITY OF SANTA MONICA, a municipal corpor-
ation, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these
presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and transfer unto the CITY
OF SANTA MONICA, a municipal corporation of the State of California,
a permanent easement and right of way, including title to all
water mains, valves, fire hydrants, and water facilities of what-
ever nature located therein, and including the right to at any time
and from time to time to locate, relocate, construct, reconstruct,
maintain, inspect, use, operate, repair, enlarge, remove anq replace
a water line or water lines of whatever nature, valves, fire hy-
drants, water meters, and meter structures, in, under, upon, over,
and across all that certain real property situate in the city of
Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Parcel A: A ten (10) foot strip of land across a portion
of Lots I, 2, 3 and 5 of Block 199 of Town of Santa
Monica, in the City of Santa Monica, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 39, Pages 45 et seq. of Miscellaneous Records, in
the Office of the Recorder of said County, the northerly
line of said strip described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the southerly line
of Olympic Boulevard, 117 feet wide, as said Olympic
Boulevard was described in Parcel I of the final decree
of condemnation entered in Case No. 496651, Superior
Court, recorded on July 27, 1945, in Book 22205, Page
147 of Official Records of said County with the westerly
line of that certain 5 foot wide easement as is now
vested in the City of Santa Monica by deed recorded in
Book 51064, Page 53 et seq. of Official Records of said
County; thence westerly along said southerly line of
Olympic Boulevard 1,052 feet to a terminus.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLQWS:
SEC1'!ON 1. That that certain Easement Deed whereby
Ambrose Olympian Properties does grant and convey to the City of
Santa Monica, a municipal corporation, an easement for water
purposes in and to the following described property:
