HAROLD L. SNOW hereby grants to the CITY OF 3
SANTA MONICA, a municipal corporation, a permanent easement
and right-of-way for street purposes in the following
described property:
That portion of Lot 10, Block 200,
Town of Santa Monica, in the City of
Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 39, Page 45 Et. Seq. of Miscel-
laneous Records in the office of the
Recorder of said County, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the south-
easterly line of said Lot 10, distant 30
feet northeasterly thereon from the most
southerly corner of said Lot; thence
southwesterly along said southeasterly
line a distance of 5 feet to a point;
thence northwesterly along a line
parallel with and distant 25 feet north-
easterly, measured at right angles, from
the southwesterly line of said Lot, a
distance of 5 feet to a point; thence
easterly in a direct line to the point
of beginning.
