acknowledged, PACIFIC ELECTRIC RAILWAY COMPANY, a California cor-
poration, does hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to
CITY OF SANTA MONICA, a body politic and corporate, the following
described real property, together with all railroad track presently
in place on said property, in the State of California, County ot
Los Angeles, City of Santa .Monica, and more particularly described

Beginning at the intersection of the northwesterly

the Standard Tract, as per map recorded in Book 5,

for the repair or removal of said track, or otherwise.
The above described property hereby remised, released
and quitclaimed is not necessary or useful in the performance of
