The lands granted and described in said deed are situated in the City of
Santa Monica., County of Los Angeles., State of California. and are bounded and
particularily described as follows; to-wit:
That certain ten (lOjfoot strip of land adjoining. paralleling,
andsouthv:esterly of the twenty (20) foot strip of land.,kno\'in as The
Palisades Beach Road, oonveyed to the City of santa Monica by deed re-
corded in Book 4630, Page 152 of Deeds, Los Angeles Oounty Records.,
and extending from a line parallel with the northwesterly line of Montana
Avenue produced southwesterly and distant southeasterly therefrom 365.53
f'eetmeasured along the southwesterly line of the above mentioned twenty
(20) foot strip to the northwesterly City limits line of'the City of
Santa 1fonica.
