7 out its entire distance through the said prorerty, and the party
8 of the second part agrees to keer said storm drain in perfect
,9 refair at all times, and to pack the ground solid around the
10 said drain c learnp to t he. surface, and to maintain the ground
11 free from damage at all time s. and to make any r crair s sh ou ld
